Two ways through to a person: a Discord ticket for anything about your account, and email for anything formal.

1. Discord — the fastest route
Open a ticket in our Discord. A ticket is a private channel between you and the staff handling it, and a human reads it. Account recovery, billing, bug reports and ban appeals all start there, and it is the only place where staff will ask you to confirm you control an account.
2. Email
Write to [email protected] if you would rather not use Discord, or if the matter is formal: a privacy or data request under the privacy policy, a payment dispute under the refund policy, a legal or trademark notice, or a security report. Include your game username and, for anything about a purchase, roughly when you paid — it saves a round trip.
3. How quickly we reply
GG RSPS is run as a hobby by a small team in their own time, so the honest answer is a range rather than a service level. Most Discord tickets get a first reply the same day. Email is checked less often and usually answers within a few days. Anything that needs a change to the game itself takes as long as the change takes, and we will say so in the ticket rather than leaving it silent.
4. Who we are
GG RSPS is a free, independent, non-commercial fan project: an open-world fantasy MMORPG server, its game client, and this website, built and run as a hobby. It was founded in Australia and is operated from there, which is the jurisdiction its terms of service, privacy policy and refund policy are written under.
5. How it is funded
Running costs are covered by optional Supporter Tokens in the Supporter Store. Tokens buy cosmetic overrides, titles, pets and effects; everything that affects gameplay is earned in-game. Prices are in Australian dollars and payments are handled by Stripe.
6. Data and open source
Reference data derived from the Old School Wiki, used under CC BY-NC-SA 3.0. The game client is built on open-source software and carries the licence notices of everything it includes.
